- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Carry current automobile insurance
- Have a national background check (completed within the past 12 months) — If you don’t have one, you can obtain your report at www.iamscreened.com
- Provide a Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Complete the following online forms:
- W9
- Field Agent Agreement
- Code of Conduct
2. Training & Orientation
- Access to our Field Inspection Software (for capturing photos, GPS data, and reports).
- A training module on how to perform different types of inspections.
- A code of conduct overview covering professionalism, ethics, and fraud prevention.
3. Dress Code & Professional Standards
Dress Code – Business Casual
- Collared shirts, polos, or blouses
- Slacks, khakis, or skirts (appropriate length)
- Clean, professional shoes (no sneakers, flip-flops, or overly casual footwear)
- Neat, well-groomed appearance always
Conduct
- Be respectful and professional during all site visits
- Do not disclose inspection details beyond what is required
- Always verify and log accurate information
