He develops, tracks and controls the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations, manages and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets, creates overall technology standards and practices, and ensures adherence. Mr. Akbosh consolidates our technology platforms, create plans for each track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics, oversee all system design and changes in system architecture, and keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape. He takes the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity, work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.

Obtain both her Master & Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Long Beach in Educational Counseling with an emphasis in student development and higher education. Energetic, vibrant, and passionate about helping others reach their highest potential. As the NMSI Onboarding Inspector Coordinator, I am excited about helping the company reach their goals, as well as looking forward to meeting new potential inspectors and assisting through the onboarding process.

She has a deep understanding of project management processes and is proficient in developing and implementing approaches for overseeing operations and assessing organizational needs, with the goal of regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in the development and implementation of culture change management for various organizations.

A licensed California attorney, and co-founder of Coast Angels Financial Consultants, LLC, for the past 14 years, Brian has represented developers, private real estate investors, and homeowners in nearly every aspect of real estate transactions, including leasing, property and loan acquisitions, primary and mezzanine financing, debt restructures, loan modifications, and foreclosures. Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts: Political Science, in 1994 from University of Redlands (cum laude) and his Juris Doctor in 1999 from the University of San Diego School of Law (cum laude). Brian has represented a private investment/development company in the acquisition of nearly $50,000,000 in non-performing residential and commercial real estate projects from various institutional lenders.

Mr. Stabler is a Telecommunications leader experienced in deployment and operations of terrestrial networks that provide the backbone infrastructure enabling today’s 4G/5G/IoT networks. His expertise in creating systems and process’ for the execution of national rollouts is leveraged to support the NVSI platform of services. Laird drives the client experience by translating technical requirements into a digestible and intuitive process flow, producing efficient, thorough, and timely outputs.

He is a forward thinking and enthusiastic management professional who excels at operations management, project management, staff recruitment, staff management and KPI improvements. Gerhard has a dynamic and unique approach to online marketing and sales that he brings to NMSI.
