  • Capture photographic evidence, and

Prepare a detailed report of the findings for submission to the requesting party (e.g., financial institution, insurance provider, or government agency).

Letter Delivery Services

Purpose

To ensure the secure delivery of the client’s personalized, confidential letter while maintaining documentation.

Procedure

  1. Attempt Face-to-Face Contact
    • Attempt to make direct contact with the customer.
    • If available: Hand-deliver the sealed letter.
    • If unavailable: Securely post the letter to the property door.
  2. Documentation
    • Take photos of the property (time/date stamped).
    • If applicable, capture photos of collateral (vehicles, equipment, assets).
    • Record delivery outcome (delivered in person / posted).
